While photoshoots at the Eiffel Tower are a popular bucket-list experience for solo travellers in Paris, the city offers so much more beyond its iconic Iron Lady. Explore my blog posts below to discover the hidden gems and charming corners of Paris where I’ve captured my clients.
Perhaps you’re wondering if booking a photoshoot is self-indulgent. Or maybe you’re worried that stepping in front of the camera will feel awkward or unnatural? If so, you’re not alone—many of my clients feel the same way at first.
But a photoshoot isn’t just about posing for pictures; it’s a chance to see yourself in a whole new light, to embrace your beauty, your strength, and the qualities others admire in you. Trust me, you might be amazed at how differently others see you—and at how beautifully that can be captured (by me, a professional!).
You’ll walk away not only with stunning portraits but also with a renewed sense of self-confidence.
I can’t recommend Rachel enough! I travelled alone to Paris for a few days and booked a short and sweet with Rachel to capture some memories from my trip. She made me feel comfortable right away and the pictures are 😙🤌🏻
Had the absolute best time shooting with you!
You brought my vision to life so beautifully ❤️
I hope you enjoy their stories and if you are looking for a Paris Photographer maybe they will inspire you to book your photoshoot with me. I’d be delighted to be a part of it!

Almost everyone arrives with this worry — and almost everyone laughs about it five minutes in.
A solo photoshoot in Paris isn’t about performing or pretending to be someone you’re not. It’s more like a relaxed walk, a conversation, moments of quiet, moments of laughter. My role is to guide you gently, so nothing feels forced or uncomfortable.
Most women tell me afterwards that it felt far more natural than they expected.
Not at all.
You don’t need modelling experience, poses memorised, or any idea what to do with your hands. I give simple, intuitive direction when needed, and plenty of space in between for you to just be yourself.
The most meaningful images usually happen in those in-between moments — when you forget about the camera.
Some are traveling alone for the first time. Some are returning to Paris to mark a milestone. Some are celebrating, some are healing, and some simply feel that now matters.
There’s no single reason — only a shared desire to remember this version of themselves, in this place, at this moment in time.
